When I try to post a pic to twitter from my camera roll, it fails saying "connection to twitter failed". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

I have the same issue from both Photos & Safari -
iOS 8.4 on iPhone 5s
I have resolved the problem - you need to be logged into Twitter via iOS Settings to send Tweets from other apps like Safari. Have done this and the problem is fixed
Many thanks. This has been irritating me for a while. On investigation I hadn't updated the Twitter password in settings.
